Forty years will be completed on 17 September 2022 from the day Manos Loizos passed away, leaving behind a rich legacy in Greek song. In this concert of remembrance, Maria Farantouri sings pieces from The Negro Songs set to poetry by Yannis Negrepondis, while Miltos Paschalidis and Apostolos Rizos sing songs from the cycles Good Morning, Sun! set to poetry by Dimitris Christodoulou and Letters to Beloved Lady set to poetry by Nazim Hikmet and adapted in Greek by Yannis Ritsos.
