In Xanthi, the birthplace of Manos Hadzidakis, which this year celebrates the 100th anniversary of the composer’s birth, Maria Farantouri meets the new generation of musicians -the students of the Music Schools- who express themselves creatively and diversely in a six-day festival: a celebration of music, a meeting place for young musicians, a space for cooperation, exchange of knowledge and artistic expression.
