The song of Freedom and the hymn to Greece - Guy Wagner

The article is a review of the concert of Mikis Theodorakis at Théâtres de Luxembourg, in Luxembourg, in 11.02.1973.

The poetic framework, the message comes through thanks to Theodorakis’ performers. Petros Pandis, Aphrodite Manou and of course Maria Farantouri with her wonderful performance, magnificent expression, fervour and rare persuasion, reached a frenzy of interpretation, delivering the song ‘Antonito El Camborio’.
